Cancellations are accepted until Feb 12, 2012 - you may not withdraw your team from the tournament past this date so we would appreciate if you commit to participating and donating once you have registered.

The deadline for registration is 12 PM Feb 17, 2012 (you may contact us to change or add new members to your team any time before then if you have already registered). The tournament takes place on Feb 18, 2012 at the UBC Osborne Gym.

There are only 16 spots available for teams (min. 3 members, including at least one female; max. 6 members), and therefore registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Teams that are missing a player or players that need a team can send an email to registration@losetheshoes.ca and we will try to assist you.
